How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at lb@legendary-branding.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
- Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional processing time.
